Develop Healthier Habits Over Time with Tasks
The 95210 Tasks feature is essentially a customizable HRA type of questionnaire added to the tracking system by group admins, or by 95210 admins, to encourage employees or members of a particular group to complete various daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly, tasks or answer specific questions about an individual's health related habits.
A particular task may be anything related to health and wellness, such as "Did you receive a flu shot this year?" or "Do you read Food Nutrition Labels before purchasing your groceries?". Tasks are simply meant to encourage each member to complete or achieve the task, and also to keep daily tasks in the mind of each member.
For completing tasks, members may earn anywhere from 1-100 points per task. The higher point tasks are usually more relevant to tasks that requires the member to achieve a special or longterm healthier goal.
A company, government, or school employee wellness program may be deigned specifically around tasks of the 95210 Health Tracker, and an opportunity to track their daily health and earn bonus points and rewards!
Here are some Healthy Habits Tasks created by clients to add to employee's daily and recurring routine:

Set a timer on your computer or smartphone every 55 minutes to move around!
3. Use Sunscreen.
