Sharing Information with Third Parties
The privacy of both our visitor's and member's information is important to us, and, simply put, we do not share any personal information with any party outside one's own work or registered group, including businesses, organizations, schools, sponsors or other third parties, unless a member has provided permission for us to do so.
Display of Personal Information
95210 has three specific levels of privacy in each member's Profile "Privcy Management" section that members may choose from to limit the view of their data by other members of their group or by admins of their organization.
A) "I wish to be Anonymous" This Profile feature (check box) allows the member to be anonymous to other members in their group and have their homepage turned off to viewers.
B) "Turning off display of individual data" Under Privacy Management, members may selectively turn off individual data such as steps, fruits and veggies, etc. (check boxes) so that other members of their group may not view this particular data; however, data from the feature cups of water could be allowed to display. Only for the new Fruitss & Veggies Challenge, turning off the display of fruits & veggies will completely remove the member from the leaderboard.
C) "Remove My Data from Reports" This Profile feature (check box) will remove the member's name and data completely from the group's reports. Member's data will still be viewable by other members, unless one or more of the privacy check boxes above are selected.
Only a member's name, point score, number of entries, tasks, fruits & veggies, exercise minutes, cups of sodas, walking steps, cups of water, tobacco cessation days and percentage of weight change, will be provided to a member's selected organization (TWC client), unless otherwise made available by the member on their personal homepage pertaining to their health journal entries and volunteer journal entries. Individual member information, other than those features mentioned above are private and not displayed publicly, shared with the organization or other members, or provided to any third parties or sponsors.
Personal information such as address, city, state, postal code, phone number, e-mail, sleep hours, screen time, vitamins & supplements, gratitude journal entries, actual weight, blood sugar level, and BMI collected when members register or during daily tracking, is only used to identify members, provide for personal tracking (only the member sees that information), or provide rewards when available, and are never disclosed to their organization (TWC client), other members, third parties, or sponsors.
We do not share any personal information of children 11 years or younger without express permission of the parent. Information that is gathered from children via registration, profile forms, or daily tracking is provided only to parents (if they created a "sub-account" for the child in correlation with their own account).
